CNC lathes 16GS25FZ are designed to perform cartridge turning and centering operations in a closed semi-automatic cycle of machining parts of the type of bodies of rotation with a stepped and curved profile (including cutting fastening threads) in various industries in individual, small-scale and serial production with small repeating batches of parts.
CNC lathes GS1725FZ in cartridge design are designed for turning in a closed cycle in the cartridge and the centers of parts with rectilinear, stepped and curved profile in conditions of small-scale and serial production. The bar machines are designed for turning parts made of bar material with a diameter of up to 52 mm.
CNC lathes 16GS32SU1, 16GS32SU1D (with an operational system) are designed for turning in a semi-automatic cycle in the chuck or centers of parts with a rectilinear, stepped and curved profile in conditions of small-scale and serial production. The use of an operational system on the machine allows you to abandon mechanical gears, flexibly and quickly change cutting modes, easily make complex parts with spheres and non-standard threads.
